A Few Important Points To Note For My Case:-

 

• No one was ever any entitled or permitted to use, misuse, abuse  my life(inc. Body and  brain) & name in any unauthorized manner ...I have no civil incidence with anyone and no civil thing was ever recorded( (in any due time and through any due process, that is) , in any questionable terms,

• The offenders have no lawful, civilized and truthful (i.e. justified and valid) existence in my life at any point of time during the last 16+ years ..Hence you can’t talk anywhere about me in any wrong terms ..

• Regarding Mass surveillance and all, I was not targeted by any Govt. Agency in US , like NSA, FBI or CIA ,and not even by any stranger for any incident for which any civil incidence exists ..

 

There was no complaint, warrant or court order in my name , till I was there in that country ..So, No questionable talk can ever be justified for my existence in there ..

 

            Also regarding NSA and all, and it’s operations and principles, Mr. John Akwei exposed it along with others in NSA, CIA and FBI long back .. Activists like Edward Snowden and all exposed the rest of it also ..India never had any such program or undertaking and no one was ever licensed to use any such thing in here and on me, especially after seeing the effects of it on me right in here and in US .. It was a thorough forcible murder with forced rubbish  spread in vested criminal interest and for profiteering ..

 

• If you think you gained any life, living and livelihood in the last 16 yrs, please remember that I was well entitled for a good one too in there..You can’t deprive me and cruelly perish me like this ..Hence  I demand to repay back my years and hours in all due terms for all due grounds(life, living, livelihood, health, wealth & reputation) .

 

Any strange comment or statement about me faces these questions :-

• Define your lawful presence in my life .

• Define your lawful activity in there.

• Define any authorization to use, misuse and abuse me and my name without my consent.

• Define your stand on the criminal loss and damage in my life in all these years , and the repayment  scheme ..

 

NB:-   Why no one could have run any such thing on me & can’t question me on anything based on it ..?

 

• You are no way authorized to run a secret activity, that’s known-fully a very damaging and potentially a deadly thing , especially when I have complained strongly against it all along, explaining you all the details of it ..

• It’s against law & order principles.

• It goes against body-rights/self–rights or natural rights and the very fundamental rights including constitutional and civil rights .. Please note that even after my death also you don’t get my body/brain right , for any Govt use or research use , WITHOUT MY CONSENT ..

• It violates all accepted country rules and regulations also .

 

• You can’t apply any law in a lawless crime situation , as you are not proving your existence in any lawful, civil & truthful terms in there..

 

• You are no way any different than any thief or burglar or  a murderer , who will do anything in secret and won’t accept any responsibilities for it .. Who has allowed you for a minute also, inside my house that I will allow you a  minute inside my body or brain? You might somehow get inside my house and stay in there, forcibly for 16 years and do any amount of loss and damage and still lie all about it .. That’s why I was complaining against you in all criminal terms to reject any such claim in future from you .. It causes imposition of IPC Section 144 right away, and a charge of IPC Section 307 and IPC Section 304 as I have complained all along against it in all such terms and on all due grounds ..   

 

My brain and body entry and "murder" and manipulations all around  my life are way too much criminal jobs, to say the least and it did result a huge loss and damage in my life, living, livelihood , health, wealth and dignity ( with huge after-effects in future life), for which I claim a compensation amount equal to, as I would have got in normal situations without any such illegal and criminal acts in my life ..

 

• You are no one to determine my worth & my life . You don’t know the impact of changes in nerve cells / tissues & other organs and the way it affects life, livelihood, health , brain and all that determines my worth & value in life ..

 

• You are bound to repay me back for all the years , that I have to pass abnormally in a criminally subjugated and criminally violated condition that took away my real worth and value for life.

 

• You try to justify your presence and  activities in my life like this.. But yo can't justify your presence and activities in any legal, civil and truthful terms ..So your claims are all invalid & rubbish in there and are in vested criminal interest and for vested profiteering..
