• It’s difficult for me to explain you what all has happened with me every day and how I have passed all these 16+ yrs in despair and distress condition .. Please look at my torture case summary in this regard, that I certify as true testimonial of torture and brutality against me .. All these were resulting in huge and loss & damage in my life only for absolutely no reason whatsoever. The duration, impact, far reaching effects and after-effects  of this crime took away my worth for lifetime  ..

• No one could have wasted my life & times like this for  a day also , and had there been any issue with me , he/she had to address it to me in any civil/legal terms .. So no question of any issue-driven action/activities can be justified in here for a day even ..

• The effects of application of the technology on human beings is well established through research evidence , historical / statistical evidence ..

• Govt is about duties, responsibilities , accountabilities for well designated service only .. They are no one to determine my life & worth in anyway ... 

• It was an intentional loss & damage in my life , that was thoroughly illegal & criminal .. As I have already said, You are no one to determine my life & worth in no way and since I was thoroughly available for any issues, confusions, clarifications and all, no nothing can be justified in any absurd terms  and through abnormal activities ..

• A filthy Nazi Hate propagnada was murdering & ruining me unnecessarily with false & fabricated hate stuffs, that were full of lies, nonsense & trash.. I was made to do and made to think and forcibly made to believe in a lot trash in there and through this criminal subjugation and slavery .. I refuse any addressing of such thing in any lawful terms , as you can’t present  yourself in any lawful terms ..

• Regarding any machine and all my question would be to please show me your existence in your machine and justify your thoughts & activities in there ..Also, had anyone had any guts to talk about any rule or law in any country or state(i.e. US etc.) to determine me in terms of any unknown machine , I could have easily tackled that situation .. No such incident happened and I refuse to accept any false blame in any regard .. No one could have used any non-patented & non-recognized device on me , that too without any court order , as no matter what and no matter who, you don’t have my body (inc. brain) violation rights without my consent ..

• Please take a look at my legal appeal in regard of the whole incidence .A Public Interest Litigation Case Can be raised by anyone in this, as it affects all the people in general ...

Points To Note

 

• If you try to talk to me in any strange terms of complaints against me or something like that , I would stress on the fact that it is lie ..

• I have never ever received any such complaint

• You can never make me responsible for anything collected through a  false arrangement & preparation .. It’s a lie complain on a lie basis ..

• No case can exist in my name anyway, as none of you have got any direct/civil incidence with me ever, that kept me in a bad note …

 

In here, I stress on the mechanism , the arrangement and the legalities involved in there ..

• Against my thorough criminal  complain  , how can you exist in there in such way , without answering me for that?

• You are doing a thorough crime & murder (slow-kill or fast kill), manipulating my brain , body, situations & people  (and hence my activities, decisions & abilities)  … So you  are being charged grand right in the very beginning in  all due terms and I made you criminally answerable for your existence to begin with .. So, you can’t simply proceed from there ..

• All crime fabrication stuffs & crime manufactured lies are all by the crime , for the crime , of the crime thing and hence against law & constitution even ..

 

• I am not a playground, zoo or movie theater to you , that you can think of any such provision of watching me and photographing me anyway .. Plus photographs are no real photographs anyway ..

• I might be a computer manufactured fictitious image to you, but what did you see all around , in your naked eyes? I mean what about all the activities & the people around? Can you say anything regarding them and regarding you , in any legal terms or even otherwise?

• There was no Govt. Or Police operation going on , as there was no such Govt. policy or Govt. Rules & regulations to do this .. It’s big crime & lie only ..As had that been the case every police station would have been informed equally .. As I have complained thoroughly against this, no police could have hidden the cause . My right to information enquiry also ,verified that  …It was thoroughly a case of filthy party crime & murder-conspiracy through the underworld crime-underworld  … TMC was the maximum criminal in this respect along it's party head, who must take full responsibility for every party order / activity , as well as CM of the state ...

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

•      Why it is no way any invention?

 

• That was no way any registered research facility .I mean, No registered set of people are they, no registered process is this and no registered facility is that .. The term is an invention.. I challenge all the papers that would give it the proper certification of a registered research laboratory , Research Institute or University ..

• No registered fund allocation, people allocation for any such project back in 1999 for it ..In fact, no Govt. involvement in both countries  . No paper signing either .. All are paid & purchased lies & crimes (including paper forging , and manufacturing) ..

 

• Why this no way any experimentation ?

 

• There is no such scope or provision on India , and no scope in USA too to do anything on me in the name of anyone or anything ..

• For human experimentation, Nuremberg Code needs to be followed anyway , that must include voluntary consent of the individual with through understanding of the process, effects  & duration .

• Why those were no way any worthy people ?

 

• Back in 1999, those people had no good Science or Other Careers in US .. They were some bad graduates only with no job & no career in nay country.. After all, who will come from US to India, in an unknown remote place , no way recognized for any Science Research Facility ?  I know it for sure that it was only for racketeering & black money marketing purpose they came in there for a cheap stay in India .. 

• That is not a properly licensed & registered reseacrh facility anyway .. No where recognized and in no books,  back then and even now ..

• How many were from Science stream anyway, that they would do any research in there? (How many of them were Ph. D. degree holders even ? The term research is not really applicable for them anyway ..

• Why would they not take a normal route for career development , had they had any worth to begin with and who would leave US to pursue a research career in India, and that too on a subject where India does not have any footings , any recognition or any knowhow?Also, why would they not meet the Govt right away with their proposal and all , and be the in the news before they start doing something so grand? Look at any big project , the advertisement and the announcements even for private concerns starts much before start ..

• It’s all false companies with everything false in there and made to look white, through corrupt TMC party & it’s Govt, It’s all  a damn lie and a big criminal make believe nonsense in there only..Actually when TMC party started coming to pwer, they tried to take advantage of a black underworld, for the sake of black power, black sex & black money abundance in there ..Mainly the money was coming through a large sex racket that spans border and the West Bengal locals became all of part of it very cheaply  .. TMC locals and police personnels then started playing dead false in the name of Govt power in there, that got sold to anyone in outside easily.. . They tried to make false name & fame in there with big gimmicks & a grand hoax, that coaxed  a lot of people easily .. They were experts of the murder-game and in the sex-and-talk game that used to brainwash  a large population like anything ...  Everything that got prepared over there are just for a grand camouflage effect and in order to hide all such activities . The brainwashing effects & the false world dominion theory was doing the trick in the rich and the powerfuls people also , who started participating in it for the sake of this mafia power and tried to justify everything in the name of false world control and all ..Mrs. Mamata Banerjee, the Chief Minister of West Bengal, Mr. Sharukh Khan , film actor from Mumbai and Barack Obama the US president did this sinister plan together for making a false world for  profit, and I got falsely degraded and defamed in their filthy vested interest ..   Murder-profiterring and Hypocrisy-profiteering were the name of the game..... I can go on and on but it won't help for the cause anyway ..

 

• Why this is the rarest of rare category of crime & scam ?

 

It’s an immeasurable crime & criminal conspiracy (inc. murder conspiracy , murder attempts & murder provocation) on a single individual ever.

( A huge hate crime with false Nazi Hate propaganda inbuilt in there)..

This is the ultimate scam, crime, scandal, lie & deceit of the world …

No such operation could have been thought about even .. Everything in there, including the manufacturing, arrangement, mechanism , operation procedure, participation, activity , approval, the black money spread( i.e. terror funding) and all are big crime and big scam in itself  …

 

• Why no one can take my name in any terms?

 

• I have a clean & clear record throughout, with no civil incidence with  anyone anywhere , that would make anyone any entitled for any wrong thing in here..

• If something is about me it has to be with me .. I can’t be left out for anything ..No truth gets established if it's made one-sided and forcibly , and I don’t have any legal papers with me anyway, that would make me responsible for anything.. 

 

SO I CANCEL & NULLIFY ALL AND SUNDRY IN DUE TERMS FOR ALL THE ILLEGAL & CRIMINAL ABSURDITIES IN THE NAME OF "SCIENCE & RESEARCH"  ON AND AGAINST ME IN ALL THESE YEARS .. THESE BEING ALL AGAINST LAW & ORDER , CONSTITUTION, CODE OF CONDUCT OF ANY CHAIR , CODE OF ETHICS OF ANY OPERATION AND IN ANY JUSTIFIED & VALID AND CONSENSUAL TERMS , CIVILIZATION RULES & NORMS AND ALL ..MAY I THUS REQUEST, IN ALL SERIOUSNESS, FOR A HEAVY COMPENSATION AMOUNT FOR ALL THE LOSS & DAMAGES IN MY LIFE IN ALL THESE YEARS IN TERMS OF LIFE, LIVING, LIVELIHOOD, HEALTH , WEALTH , REPUTATION & DIGNITY .PLEASE ..
