My Legal Appeal

Dear Sir,

For years I’m languishing helplessly as an innocent victim of severe mind control and psychotronic torture that is invalidating and incapacitating me slowly and drives me towards a slow painful death...It’s like an advanced digital concentration camp scenario that slow-kills an individual psychologically, physiologically, emotionally, financially and socially with brutal sadistic deprivation in all sphere .. This destroys the human dignity and integrity in one fell swoop and destroys the brain and nervous system severely. This is like a death by thousand cuts that feels like murdering, butchering, raping, robbing, oppressing and targeting an individual illegally and criminally . This has reached the stage a very appalling stage now with full intention of an absurd and excruciating human-murder (chemical, microwave and “mass mind-controlled murder” & ruination.

Please keep in mind that this is not only a heinous organized crime, but is a form of terrorism in vested interest , called psycho-terrorism. It was like a subhuman existence under inhuman criminality to me and I would like to punish these brutal criminals for criminally subjugating me brutally under inhuman conditions with intentional evil intentions of crime-profiteering, murder exploiting and murder deprivation with extreme cruelty & brutality.

With full thrust on Article 21 of the Indian Constitution (Protection Of Life And Personal Liberty) and fundamental rights/individual rights/civil rights of an individual), I would like to charge the psychopathic beasts with utter disdain and would like them to get punished to the extreme extent possible. .. I strongly and sincerely believe that, someone who can do this amount of perverted criminal psychopathic torture and crime on a helpless human being continuously for a prolonged period and in vested interest deserves exemplary punishment for a rarest of rare category of crime , corruption and conspiracy against a single individual ever..

It was against countries constitution, any law and order, human rights, civil rights, code of conduct , code of ethics and fundamental duty and fundamental responsibility of any public servant.

What are the primary crime areas?

No one had no authority to do anything against me from the suburbs of south 24 parganas …This is not their work area, office area or police area …Also they could not have illegally and criminally targeted me with smuggled in weapons from that distant area …No one could have taken any action against me without my knowledge about it and any such remote application of dangerous , deadly devices (actually weapons and integrated weaponized systems ) were an absurd impossibility anyway ..

I demand an immediate stop all technological operations on me rigorous life imprisonment for all these rascals , as they have wasted 16+ years of life, health, career, family and all illegally and criminally and made me criminally suffer with a huge criminal loss and damage..

Not only the fact that they or the Govt. can do anything for their personal profit at my but also for the fact that these are all illegal and criminal acts, done in secrecy over a huge corruption, crime and Satanism and are mainly a dangerous crime and dangerous lie with cheaply fabricated make believe nonsense show-piecing as glittery gimmick ..

13. These are filthy monstrous devilish mafia gang “agents” are basically spies & criminals, selling our country’s privacy and security to the foreigners, that amounts to severe criminal offense. This is practically like selling our country to the foreigners and destroying it silently(They are making it a “guinea-pig land” in fact). But this is cleverly camouflaged with a huge amount of outrageous lies, hypocrisy and eyewash and with the backing of an international criminal syndicate who are masters of this crime with cunning deception & human manipulation.

Anyone can bring a public litigation suit against them in public interest as this is basically a criminal spying facility that affects their lives and violates their privacy, safety & security also (even banks, Govt. Offices where all sensitive information are stored are within their reach) and also for all their Crimes against Humanity that compromises with the safety & security of India, all in filthiest vested interest…

These are all against the constitution of India and the authorities should take note of it immediately again. In fact Sedition Charges can be easily brought for all these.

These are transnational crimes and victims have not been able to gain assistance or justice from local, national or any other authorities.

For US Govt. who is jointly involved in the conspiracy and crime, Section 2340A and 2332h , HR 1160 , CAT , HR 2977 ,Michigan House Bill 4513, Pubic act no 256, Michigan House Bill 4514, Public Act No 257, Chapter 170 of the acts of 2004 , Chapter 264 H.P. 868 – L.D.1271(2005) of US goes against them...

Also, Both Countries are bound to abide by CAT ....In CAT (International Convention against Torture ), Article 1,“torture” is
Understood to mean any act by which severe pain or suffering, whether physical or mental, is intentionally inflicted on a person for such purposes as obtaining from him or a third person information or a confession, punishing him for an act he or a third person has committed or is suspected of having committed, or intimidating or coercing him or a third person, or for any reason based on discrimination of any kind, when such pain or suffering is inflicted by or at the instigation of or with the consent or acquiescence of a public official or other person acting in an official capacity. prevention of torture... Importantly, this definition specifies that both physical and mental suffering can constitute torture, and that for such suffering to constitute torture, it must be purposefully inflicted. Further acts of torture covered under the Convention must be committed by someone acting under the color of law..

Also,

CAT Article 16 requires signatory States to take preventative measures to prevent “cruel, inhuman, or degrading treatment or punishment” within any territory under their jurisdiction when such acts are committed under the color of law.

Pursuant to § 2340A, any person who commits or attempts to commit an act of torture outside the United States is generally subject to a fine and/or imprisonment for up to 20 years. In cases where death results from the prohibited conduct, the offender may be subject to life imprisonment or the death penalty.43 A person who conspires to commit an act of torture committed or attempted outside the United States is generally subject to the same penalties faced by someone who commits or attempts to commit acts of torture outside the United States, except that he cannot receive the death penalty for such an offense.44 Because § 2340A also criminalizes conspiracies to commit torture outside the United States, it arguably could also apply insinuations where a U.S.national conspired to transfer an individual “outside the United States” so that the individual may be tortured.
Prevention to torture Bill in India is the ratification of such treaty which Indian authorities must abide by ..Please don't hesitate to take drastic measures to stop this crime immediately..

I would like to emphasize in here that this is an egregious Human Rights Crime also as it clearly violates at least the following Articles from Universal Declaration of Human Rights and CAT Convention :-

Article 12: No one shall be subjected to arbitrary interference with his privacy, family, home or correspondence, nor to attacks upon his honor and reputation. Everyone has the right to the protection of the law against such interference or attacks.

Article 3. Everyone has the right to life,liberty and security of person.

Article 4... No one shall be held in slavery or servitude; slavery and the slave trade shall be prohibited in all their forms.

Article 5. No one shall be subjected torturer or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.

Article 6... Everyone has the right to recognition everywhere as a person before the law.

Article 7. All are equal before the law and are entitled without any discrimination to equal protection of the law. All are entitled to equal protection against any discrimination in violation of this Declaration and against any incitement to such discrimination.

Article 9... No one shall be subjected to arbitrary arrest, detention or exile.

Article 11... (1) Everyone charged with a penal offense has the right to be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law in a public trial at which he has had all the

guarantees necessary for his defense. (2) No one shall be held guilty of any penal offence on account of any act or omission which did not constitute a penal offense, under national or international law, at the time when it was committed. Nor shall a heavier penalty be imposed than the one that was applicable at the time the penal offense was committed.

Article 18. Everyone has the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion; this right includes freedom to change his religion or belief, and freedom, either alone or in community with others and in public or private, to manifest his religion or belief in teaching, practice, worship and observance.

Article 19. Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers.

Article 30... Nothing in this Declaration may be interpreted as implying for any State, group or person any right to engage in any activity or to perform any act aimed at the destruction of any of the rights and freedoms set forth herein.
