Hi, I'm Deb Chakraborty, a pathetic victim of a Hi-Grade Weapon Technology that allows for an illegal invasion of any human life and human biological system and causes a torturous slow-kill in there .As research evidence, public evidence and historical evidence would suggest, this is an advanced supercomputer driven weapon based technology that can brutally harm, hurt, kill, enslave and escape detection . This kind of Tortures are called Psychotronic Mind Control/ Electronic Torture/Crime that is taking away millions of worthy human lives worldwide.

This is a criminal violation and abuse of fundamental & constitutional rights of an individual ( especially Protection rights, Health rights and Life & Liberty Rights to begin with ,with deadly and damaging effects on Brain, Body and Mind..I am losing my Life, Living and Livelihood, Health, Wealth & Dignity for years,through this, and going towards a pathetic bleak future .

On all principle grounds and and on all principle terms everyone must go against it and vouch for the essential rights , laws and constitution , as well as the morals, ethics, values , principles and guidelines that is maintaining this world as a whole .

Dear Friends,

I'm writing this letter in a very painful & abnormal condition, where I'm slowly getting invalidated and incapacitated for the last 16 years through a very sophisticated non-consensual technological torture of non-lethal weapons. This is called psychotronic torture & mind control, wherein the brain, nervous system and organs are slowly destroyed through electromagnetic weapons (emitting dangerous radio-waves, infrasound & acoustic waves, microwaves and harmful heat and chemical radiations) and through severe psychological torture.It's frightening to note that the brutality is rising exponentially over the years.

The electromagnetic technology works on the theory that the mind and body are an electro-magnetically mediated biophysics system and the electromagnetic signals from outside sources can mimic the mind and body's electromagnetic signals and can alter it in weird ways. The electromagnetic waves (radio waves, microwaves,

sound & ultrasound waves) manipulate and alter brain frequency,way of functioning of neurotransmitters and hormones and causes immense damage to the whole system including, mental sanity and the whole nervous system.

In fact this criminal life control system is like a "concentration camp" to me which is brutally suffocating me to death. To explain the apparently impossible crime please consider it as some kind of "virtually kidnapping and remote torturing" through the most sophisticated invisible, non-traceable technology. The most brutal psycho-terrorists are justifying this unprecedented cruelty and brutality through unbelievably devilish propaganda and criminal denigration this is actually pampering the worst possible brutal, vicious minds and devilish brains of the world.

But the whole thing is actually a byproduct of evil-most perception of criminal-most brains with bastard-most interpretation of things and scoundrel-most representation of facts .These mother of all evils and all devils are trying to have a filthy mafia control /terrorist control of the whole world with fear and terror regime acting as root cause of the "silence of the lambs ", who are also getting bastard-fully influenced , manipulated . poison-provoked , coerced , bribed and purchased as a part of a deadly satanic brainwashing and

propaganda game though a "mass mind controlled crime and sex racket" full of black marketeers , sex traffickers , criminal weapon and human traffickers and scam-stars and fraudsters of the world, who are trying to "beat and fool" everyone like a clever maniac in a criminal game ("predator and pray game" that is ) and are radicalizing , rasacalizing, bastardizing and demonizing the whole world in vested profit interest.

This unprecedented organized crime and conspiracy is an extreme example of lawless murder-some criminality that involves criminal violation of fundamental rights, inhuman mental cruelty, draconian intrusion of privacy and gross violation of human rights.. Everyone in here is playing a murder and ruin game through false influence, manipulation, bribing, coercion, instigation and provocation.. But this exercise is so sophisticated that it's not possible for normal people to "get" anything just by looking at me, because the forms of torture are all invisible and non-traceable and damages are all internal.

In here, to introduce myself, I'm a Gold-Medalist Engineer and a Software Consultant by profession with several yrs. of successful professional experience including rich overseas exposure. But today, because of this technological torture, I'm leading an unimaginably painful and worthless "lifeless life". I'm leading a pathetic life with several ailments of mind and body and helplessly waiting for a dangerous and bleak future. But even in this condition, many local opportunistic devils are exploiting my hapless condition with diabolical cunningness to the maximum extent possible, in vested interest and brutally pushing me towards an unimaginably pathetic life and an ignominious death.

I would like to stress on the fact that, I’m in great danger, as I'm at the mercy of the worst possible meanest, brutal, vicious minds and devilish brains, who are unnecessarily doing a "murder and ruin"conspiracy against me for the last 16+ years and are falsely defaming

me through a propaganda murder rubbish ...It;s a false hate crime with a lie hate propaganda ..Let all those not affect you for my life justice case .

So, I would earnestly like to request all the people to support my cause on humanitarian ground and to help me come out of this abnormal, painful & pathetic life, taht I've been through in all these years. I would appreciate your wholehearted condemnation and any help & support (in whichever manner and capacity possible) in this regard.

The main criminal masterminds of this racket are some

Please realize that, what I'm looking for in here is a normal life - a life like billions of you out there ; i.e. a life that is free and fare from all directions, Hence, I demand an immediate stop on all such activities that directly affects my life negatively with technology and look for a heavy compensation and damage amount for all the loss and damages,that I've incurred over the years (i.e. life loss, health loss, career loss, financial loss, reputation loss, family loss etc.)

I became a victim of this when I was in US way back in 1999 and it's haunting me in India also, no matter where I go.. and with increasing intensity.. Millions of victims all over teh world are suffering because of this and my appeal is for all .. Please keep in mind that the whole country and the world, in general, is in grave danger, and if this kind of heinous and brutal crime goes on unabated for me, you can never imagine what might to happen to you too....
